1 Delhi – Shimla Depart for Shimla ( approximately 345 kms). On arrival check in at the Hotel. Evening at leisure. Overnight at the Hotel.
2 Shimla After breakfast, take a city tour. Visit Kufri -a tiny hill station. It is famous for its beautiful environs and the cool refreshing atmosphere that pervades it. In summers, travelers can enjoy the panoramic view of the surrounding verdant valleys and snow-capped peaks. Thereafter visit Shimla is the Jhaku TempleVisit Sankat Mochan the famous “Lord Hanuman” temple located on the Shimla – Kalka Road. Situated at an altitude of 1,975m, it commands an excellent view of Shimla town.Late evening return to hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
3 Shimla – Manali The Drive is appx 250 Kms, around 5-6 hours, and evening for leisure.
4 Manali visit: Hadimba Temple – Built in 1553, this four-story wooden Hadimba or Dhungiri temple is famous for its exquisitely caved doorway. It is located in the middle of a forest called the Dhungiri Van Vihar. Jagatsuhk – About 6 kms. from Manali is the famous Shiva Temple in “shikara” style. It houses temples dedicated to Lord Shiva and Sandhya Gayatri Vashist Hot Water Springs and Temple (3 kms) – Across the Beas river is Vashist, a small village with natural sulphur springs. Modern bathhouses, with Turkish-style showers, have the hot water piped into them for the convenience of the visitors who come here to benefit from the medicinal properties. There is a pyramidal stone temple dedicated to Vashist Muni and another Temple of Lord Ram. Later drive back to the hotel. Overnight at hotel.
5 Manali After breakfast we can start for Kullu day excursion. It is known as Kul-anti-peetha – “end of the habitable world”, Kullu is a valley famous for its majestic hills sprinkled with deodar and pine trees, dotted with sprawling apple orchards. Located just 44 km from Manali, the town is flooded with hill top temples, unwinding trekking routes, challenging rapids for rafting and tranquil streams for fishing. This is the largest valley in the state and is known for hosting one of the most vibrant Dussehra festivals in the month of October.Overnight at Manali Hotel.
